Privacy policy

Accounts belong to adults: parents and guardians, coaches and gym staff. Athletes are often children, but they do not have accounts and we do not collect information from them directly. Their gym provides it. A family can see only their own athlete; a gym can see only its own team.

• About account holders: email address, and the name, phone number and relationship to an athlete if the gym or the person enters them. We do not use passwords; you sign in with a link or code sent to your email.
• About athletes: name, gym, competitive program and level, USA Gymnastics member number where the gym records it, meet entries and scores, team scores and places, season goals, and notes written by their coaches.
• About use of the site: when you sign in, and for each day you visit, how many pages you opened in each part of the site (for example the team page or the schedule). Gym administrators see these counts for their own gym, so they know whether families are using it. Our hosting providers also keep standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
• From gyms asking to join: the contact details entered on the “Add your gym” form.

Your gym gives us its roster and the email addresses of the families it invites. Meet scores are entered by the gym, imported from files it provides, or collected from meet results that the meet host has published publicly online. Coaches write their own notes and goals.

Only to run the portal: to show each family their athlete’s results, to show coaches their team, to send sign-in and invitation emails, and to keep the service secure and working. We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of anyone. We send no marketing email.

• A family sees their own athlete’s results, goals and the coaches’ notes meant for families, plus their athlete’s team scores. Never another athlete’s.
• Coaches and administrators at your gym see their whole team. Some coaches’ notes are marked for staff only and are not shown to families.
• Nobody at another gym can see anything about yours.
• Service providers that run the portal on our behalf and may not use the data for anything else: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery).
• Anyone the law requires us to disclose information to, such as in response to a valid legal order.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies, and no third party can use All-Around to track you across other websites. Because we do no cross-site tracking, there is nothing for a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal to switch off, and the site behaves the same with it on or off.

To see what we hold about you or your athlete, to correct it, or to have it removed, ask your gym or email hello@allaround.team. We will confirm that the request comes from the account holder or the athlete’s parent or guardian before acting on it. A family’s access can be ended immediately, and on request we delete an athlete’s results, goals and notes from the portal. Official meet results published by the meet host are not ours to change.

For as long as the athlete is on the gym’s team in the portal, and afterwards until the gym or the family asks for it to be removed. Visit and sign-in records are kept for as long as the account exists.

Every request is checked against who you are and which gym you belong to, in the database itself, so one family’s or one gym’s data cannot be read by another. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you and your gym.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. The current version is always the one posted here.
