Terms of use
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses All-Around, operated by Axilla Management LLC. By signing in you agree to them. If your gym has its own agreement with you, that agreement still applies; these terms cover only the portal.
Your account
Your gym invites you, and your access lasts as long as your gym keeps it open. An account is for the person it was sent to. Don’t share your sign-in links or codes, and don’t let anyone else, including your athlete, use your account. Tell your gym or us if you think someone else has signed in as you.
Other athletes’ information
You will see other athletes’ names in team scores and on the schedule. Keep anything you see about other children to yourself: don’t copy, post or share it, and don’t try to see more than your account shows you.
Scores are unofficial
Scores, places and team results here are a convenience. They are entered by your gym or collected from results the meet host has published, and may contain mistakes or change after the meet. The meet host’s published results are the official record. Please tell your gym if something looks wrong.
Coaches’ notes
Notes and goals are written by your athlete’s coaches for you, the family. All-Around is not a channel for private messages between coaches and athletes, and does not offer one.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, disrupt the service, or collect data from it by automated means. We may suspend access that breaks these terms, and will tell your gym if we do.
The service
All-Around is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate, secure and running, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the portal or from scores shown in it.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We will post any change to these terms here with a new effective date; continuing to use the portal after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
